The 11-story facility consists of 8 stories of split level inpatient units stacked over a predominantly mechanical floor at level three. The “nursing tower” will sit atop levels two and one and will include a diagnostic and treatment west wing and predominantly public east wing.

A partially exposed sub grade “general service” level will house the laboratory services, materials and supplies, and the loading dock.
A helipad will be located at the roof of the higher nursing tower.  View By View provided design coordination of Architectural, Structural and MEP for CO Architects and provided MEP coordination assistance to the General Contractor.  This was the first project that we are aware of in which the Architects engaged an experienced BIM Integrator for the design BIM coordination.

The building architecture was modeled by CO Architects in 3D using Revit software, Structural was model in Revit Structure and the MEP was also model in Revit MEP to facilitate coordination and clash detection between design disciplines
